Built in 1900 by Sheffield Phelps, this Winter Colony estate boasts of a 34 room main building with 10 gorgeous bedrooms, able to accommodate up to 21 people at a time. This 10,000 square foot, Dutch colonial revival structure was the home of Colonel Sheffield Phelps family and sits atop a sprawling landscape covering an entire downtown city block. Peace, southern comfort, hospitality and beauty nestled on 5 acres in downtown Aiken. Stroll through the magnificent gardens, roses, flowers, trees, and fountains, a perfect setting for weddings, receptions, recitals meetings, or outdoor gatherings. Walk through the gardens, then meet excellent local service providers in the Conference Center. Regroup in your luxuriously well-appointed bedroom before 7:00pm dinner.
