Just 20 miles east of Augusta, GA, home of the Augusta National’s Masters Golf Tournament, Aiken offers a relaxing time for you to reconnect with friends and family. Golf, history, star gazing at our Planetarium, gardens, concerts, shows, plays, art, festivals, antiques, history, tours, outdoor adventure, parks, softball, baseball, tennis, equestrian events and more will keep you busy and returning for more.

Juilliard in Aiken
The week long event features public performances, chamber concerts, master classes and outreach to area schools. This project’s true uniqueness and excitement is the partnership between America’s premier conservatory and Aiken, a special southern city with it’s own charming history.

FEATURED ATTRACTION: Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum
The area’s rich thoroughbred racing history is displayed at the museum located in Hopelands Gardens. It features art and photography, racing silks, trophies and other memorabilia. Open to the public since 1977.
